Are Bachata classes open to beginners?

Absolutely! Our Bachata sessions are open to all levels, including those who have never danced before.

Your teacher will gradually teach you the basics: the basic step, side hip movements, turns and the bachata attitude. The emphasis is on gentle sensuality and connection rather than technical complexity.

How are the courses organised?

We offer three options to choose from: Discovery (1 hour), Mini Show (1 hour 30 minutes) or Show Time (2 hours).

All our courses are private and exclusive to your group, from 3 to 80 people. Whether it’s for a hen party in Barcelona, team building, a birthday or a special occasion, we’ll create the perfect experience for you!

Is Bachata danced in pairs or individually?

Both options are available, depending on your preferences!

Most groups opt for group choreography where each participant dances in synchronisation. If you prefer to learn Bachata as a couple with partner rotation, that is also possible!

What movements are we going to learn?

You will discover the fundamentals of Dominican Bachata: the characteristic basic step, fluid hip movements, graceful turns and sensual undulations.

Depending on the package you choose, you will leave with a complete choreography. It’s a real introduction to this captivating Latin dance, not just a few steps!

What should we wear?

Opt for comfortable, flowing clothing: light dresses, skirts, loose trousers or leggings.

For footwear, opt for flat shoes or comfortable heels (maximum 5-6 cm). Bachata requires fluid movements, so comfort is key!
