Is Oriental Dance accessible to beginners?

Absolument ! Nos ateliers de Danse Orientale accueillent toutes et tous, quelle que soit votre expérience en danse.

Your teacher will gradually introduce you to the basic movements: undulations, circular hip movements and fluid arm movements. The emphasis is on cultural discovery and grace rather than technical mastery.

What packages do you offer?

We offer three options: Discovery (1 hour), Mini Show (1 hour 30 minutes) or Show Time (2 hours).

All our classes are private and exclusive to your group, from 3 to 80 people. Perfect for an elegant hen party, a special team-building event, a birthday, a cultural outing or any other celebration in barcelona!

Are accessories provided for the workshop?

Yes! We provide sequinned scarves to tie around your hips.

These scarves accentuate movements and create an authentic oriental atmosphere right from the start of the class. Perfect for immersing yourself in the experience and creating beautiful photos!

What will we discover during the session?

You will learn the iconic movements of oriental dance: belly undulations, circular hip movements, vibrations and graceful arm movements.

You will leave with a complete, captivating choreography. It is a true introduction to this ancient dance, not just a few moves!

What should we wear?

Opt for comfortable, flowing clothing: loose trousers, leggings, a light top or dress.

For footwear, opt for flat shoes or bare feet. Oriental dance is traditionally practised barefoot, which allows you to feel the movements of the floor better.
