Do you need to be physically fit to dance the samba?

Not necessarily! Our Samba classes welcome everyone, regardless of your energy level.

Your instructor adapts the intensity and guides you through the basic movements: typical side steps, bounces and hip swings. The emphasis is on the joy of carnival rather than physical endurance.

How are Samba workshops organised?

We offer three formats: Discovery (1 hour), Mini Show (1 hour 30 minutes) or Show Time (2 hours).

All our classes are private and reserved for your group, from 3 to 80 people. Perfect for a festive hen party, an energising team-building event, a birthday celebration, a summer event or any other joyful occasion!

What should we wear?

Opt for colourful and comfortable clothing: shorts, short skirts, crop tops, tank tops or brightly coloured outfits.

For footwear, opt for trainers or go barefoot. The more colourful your clothes are, the more you’ll be in the Brazilian carnival spirit!
