No level required! Classes are adapted to all levels, from complete beginners to people who already know how to dance.

Your instructor makes sure everyone feels comfortable and progresses at their own pace. Each choreography is unique and created to match your style and your group’s energy.

All you need is your desire to dance and have fun! 80% of our participants have never practiced the chosen dance style before their class.

Groups from 20 to 80 people: Customized quote For large groups (Team Building, school trips, large events), we organize adapted sessions that can accommodate up to 80 people at the same time.

The flow and choreography will always adjust to the number of participants to guarantee an optimal experience. A single instructor leads the group, regardless of its size.

For online bookings (up to 20 people): Payment is made directly when booking through our secure system. Your booking is confirmed instantly upon receipt of payment.

For customized quotes (more than 20 people): After receiving your personalized quote, we send you a secure payment link. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

For online bookings (up to 20 people): Confirmation is instant! As soon as you finalize your payment, you immediately receive a confirmation email containing:

• Date and time of your class
• Exact address of the studio
• Complete summary of your booking
• Our contact number in case of need

For customized quotes (more than 20 people): We send you the quote within 24 hours. Once payment is made, you receive the complete confirmation.

Available hours:

• Public holidays: same hours

We’re open every day of the week, including weekends and public holidays, to adapt to your program during your stay in Barcelona.

Tip: Remember to arrive 5 minutes early to settle in comfortably and start on time!

There’s no special outfit required. The essential is to wear comfortable clothes in which you can move freely.

Recommended outfit:

• Flexible and comfortable clothes: leggings, sweatpants, stretch jeans
• T-shirt, tank top or sweatshirt
• Footwear of your choice: sneakers, heels, shoes or even socks!

For Pole Dance:

• Shorts
• Tank top or sports bra

For Heels (dance in heels):

Most important: clothes in which you feel good and comfortable to dance!

Essential:

• A bottle of water or water bottle!
• Your good mood and your desire to have fun!

Recommended:

• A small towel if you sweat easily
• Change of clothes if you have activities afterwards
• Hair ties for long hair
• Your phone/camera to capture the moment

For Bachelorette Parties:

• Party accessories if you wish
• Plenty of water for the whole group

Important to know: you can change on site and you keep your belongings with you in the dance room.

• Changing rooms: No, there are no separate changing rooms. You can change on site in the room or in the restrooms before the class starts.
• Showers: No, the studios don’t have showers.
• Restrooms: Yes, restrooms are available on site.
• Water point: No, there’s no fountain or water point. Remember to bring your water bottles already filled!

Our advice: Come directly with the clothes you’ll wear to dance or wear clothes that are easy to put on/take off over your outfit. Bring refreshing wipes if you have activities planned right after the class.

How to get there:

• On foot (recommended): If you’re staying in the center (Barceloneta, Gothic, Eixample), the studio is accessible on foot.
• By metro: Nearest station depending on your hotel. The Born neighborhood is very well connected.
• By bus: Several bus lines serve the city center. You can pay directly with a Bank Card when boarding.
• By taxi / Uber: From city center hotels, count between €5-15.

The exact address is confirmed in your booking email. The studio is very easy to find!

Remember to arrive 5 minutes early to be on time at the start of the class.

Each class follows a structure designed to help you progress while having fun:

1. Warm-up (10-15 minutes) Your instructor starts with a warm-up to prepare your body and avoid injuries.

2. Introduction to basic steps (20-30 minutes) Learning the fundamental movements of the chosen style, explained and demonstrated step by step.

3. Personalized choreography (rest of the class) You learn a unique choreography, created especially for your group based on:

• The style and chosen music
• The group’s level
• The energy and desires of the group

4. Repetition and improvement You repeat the choreography several times to memorize it and be able to reproduce it later.

At the end of the class: You leave with a complete choreography that you can film and reproduce whenever you want! Perfect for a surprise at the wedding, for social media, or simply to keep a memory of this moment.

The atmosphere is always fun, relaxed and welcoming. The goal: to have an excellent time together!

It’s important to arrive on time to fully enjoy your class.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes before the start to:

• Settle in comfortably
• Change if necessary
• Put down your belongings
• Start the class on time

If you arrive late:

• Your instructor will wait for you
• But the class won’t be extended beyond the scheduled time

In case of unexpected delay: Contact us immediately at the number indicated in your confirmation email. We’ll do our best to help you.

Important: A significant delay without notice may result in class cancellation without refund.

Tip: Allow plenty of time for the journey, especially if you don’t know Barcelona well!

Yes, absolutely! You’re completely free to film and photograph as much as you want during the class.

What you can do:

• Film with your phones
• Take photos
• Make videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Designate an “official photographer” who films while the others dance
• Ask your instructor to film you

It’s even highly recommended! This way, you can:

• Keep a memory of this unique moment
• Redo the choreography later by watching the video
• Share the video with your loved ones, friends and colleagues

The instructor also takes photos: If your instructor takes photos or videos during the class, we’ll send them to you afterwards!

Yes, you can bring whatever you want!

• Water: MANDATORY Absolutely bring water! It’s essential to hydrate well during the class. Plan at least one bottle or water bottle per person, especially from May onwards.
• Important: There’s no water point on site to fill your bottles. Come with your bottles already filled!
• Food: You can bring snacks, cakes, or whatever you want. Perfect for Bachelorette Parties who want to extend the celebration!
• Alcohol: Alcohol is accepted in the studios. For Bachelorette Parties, you can bring champagne, cocktails, etc.

However, our advice: save the alcohol for AFTER the class! You’ll enjoy the choreography much better with a clear head, and the videos will turn out better. You can toast right after to celebrate your performance!

Yes, you can change the date and time of your booking up to 15 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability.

How to modify:

1. Contact us by email by replying to the confirmation message
2. Suggest 2-3 new dates or times
3. We check availability and confirm

Conditions:

• Free if requested more than 15 days in advance
• Subject to studio and instructor availability
• Modifications less than 15 days in advance are not guaranteed

During high season (April to September) and on weekends, availability is more limited. We always do our best to accommodate you!

Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 15 days before the date of your activity.

Cancellation conditions:

More than 15 days before the date: Full refund (100%)

Less than 15 days before the date: No refund. The instructor and studio are already booked and blocked for you.

How to cancel: Contact us by email by replying to the confirmation message.

Refund period: 1 to 5 days on your credit card.

To ADD people:

Yes, up to 7 days before the class date, with a limit of 20 people for online bookings.

• The rate per added person is the same as for the rest of the group
• We send you a link to pay the additional amount
• No payment is made on site

Important: No additional person can be accepted on the day itself.

To REMOVE people:

If some members of your group drop out, you can request a refund up to 15 days before the date of your activity. After this deadline, the total amount remains unchanged.

Tip: Confirm your booking with the number of 100% sure people and add additional people once they confirm to avoid drop-outs.

In the very rare case that we have to cancel (instructor illness, technical problem, force majeure), we always offer you a solution:

• Option 1 – Reschedule: We offer you another time slot during your stay in Barcelona. We do everything possible to maintain your activity.
• Option 2 – Substitute instructor: If available, we can offer you another instructor or another dance style to maintain your original time slot.
• Option 3 – Full refund: If no solution suits you, 100% refund.

How you’ll be notified: We contact you immediately by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Rest assured: Our classes are indoors, so no weather cancellations!

As with any sports activity, we recommend being covered by your personal insurance.

In most cases, you’re already covered by:

• Your home insurance (“accidents of life” guarantee)
• Your credit card (some cards include travel insurance)
• Your travel insurance if you’ve taken one out

Our classes are safe:

• Adapted to all levels
• Led by qualified and experienced instructors
• Systematic warm-up
• Professional approved studios

Risks are minimal. Our classes are fun and festive activities, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Legal note: Participants must be covered by their own insurance. Baila Baila and its partners cannot be held responsible in case of accident. By booking, you accept these conditions.

For its part, Baila Baila is covered by professional liability insurance.
