Team Building Dance Classes in Barcelona

We can accommodate 2 to 80 people for team building events. Our rooms are large enough for the whole group to participate in this activity together.

We are experienced in large corporate events and manage all logistics: group organisation, timing, sound systems.

Your teacher will gradually introduce you to the basic movements: posture, arm movements, and steps. The emphasis is on cultural discovery and enjoyment above all else. You don’t need to be a pro to enjoy yourself to the fullest!

• For groups of up to 20 people: you can directly choose the time slot that suits you and book your dance class.
• For groups of more than 20 people: please contact us to check availability.

The choice of style depends on your objectives and your company culture:

For energy and cohesion (recommended):

• Salsa/Bachata: working in line or in pairs, confidence, Latin rhythm
• Reggaeton: fun, modern, relaxed, perfect for young teams
• Zumba: cardio, group exercise, no technical pressure

For originality and challenge:

• Flamenco: cultural, powerful, majestic, collective pride
• Hip Hop: urban, cool, creative, perfect for tech/creative teams

For diversity and elegance:

• Girly/Lady Styling: feminine movements but accessible to all
• Cabaret/Burlesque: theatrical, spectacle, extravagance

Our best-selling team-building activity: Salsa, followed by Flamenco and Zumba.

It’s even better if they don’t know:

Why it works with beginners:

• Everyone starts at the same level (no stars who crush the others).
• Shy people gradually come out of their shells thanks to the group effect.
• Our teachers are trained in corporate entertainment (they are not just dancers).
• The choreography is simplified and easy to learn (can be mastered in an hour).
• The atmosphere is friendly and playful, not competitive.

Managing very shy people:

Generally, after 15 minutes, 90% of shy people participate thanks to group dynamics. We place them in the middle of the group (not at the front). They can also play “technical” roles (photos and video, music) if they really refuse.

Suggested durations:

1 hour (express format):

• Ideal for an ice-breaker at the start of a seminar
• Or energising at the end of the day
• Learning a simple mini-choreography

1h30 (standard format – recommended):

• Perfect balance between learning and fun
• Enough time to create a memorable real choreography
• Includes warm-up, learning, rehearsal, final performance, photos

2 hours (immersive format):

• Ideal for important events: conventions, company anniversaries
• Allows you to work on more elaborate choreography and take breaks.

Absolutely! We tailor the course to your objectives and your group.

Whether you are looking for a cultural introduction or an original team-building exercise, tell us about your project. We will create a tailor-made experience that suits you!

No specific attire is required. You may come directly in casual attire or bring a change of clothes.

Recommended attire:

• Comfortable clothing: jeans, loose-fitting trousers, leggings, jogging bottoms
• Casual tops: T-shirts, polo shirts, shirts (that can be unbuttoned)
• Flat shoes: trainers, tennis shoes (avoid high heels and stiff dress shoes)
• Accessories: hair tie for long hair, water bottle

For a relaxed event: Your employees can keep their business casual attire (no need to change).

Enhanced team-building idea: Some companies opt for identical personalised T-shirts with the company logo or seminar message.

What we provide: accessories according to the chosen dance style: fans, scarves, gloves, hats, etc.

Practical tip: Send an email to your colleagues one week in advance with these recommendations to avoid anyone turning up in high heels or smart shoes!

For groups of fewer than 20 people, we recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks in advance, although last-minute bookings are still possible subject to availability.

For groups of 20 to 80 people, allow at least 1 to 2 months, especially during periods of high demand (March to June) when a larger room needs to be booked.
